Basic Cover

• Accidental Death - £500 payable on the death of an insured animal resulting from accidental injury. Optional increase sum insured for 15-18 year olds - conditions and extra premium apply.

• Veterinary Fees - up to £750 for each accident. Excess £135. This section can be increased to £3,000 per incident, subject to certain conditions and extra premium

• Emergency Colic Surgery Cover - up to £1,500 with a £250 excess(conditions apply)

• Tack and Saddlery - up to £1,000 in the period of insurance. An extra unit of tack is available to increase the total to £1,500. Excess £135.

• Personal Accident - death or permanent disablement of the rider max., £10,000. (Reduced benefits for riders under 16 or over 75 years of age). Dental treatment following a rider accident up to £750.

• Public Liability - up to £2 million per incident.

• Theft - £300 towards recovery/reward costs in respect of a stolen animal.

• 24 Hour Helpline - for advice if you have a serious insurance problem relating to your horse or need to put a new horse on cover.

Optional Extensions

• Trailers and Horsedrawn Vehicles - Loss excluding the first £150 or or accidental damage excluding the first £50. Theft excess may be waived with our agreemment if your trailer is security marked by a method approved by us - please ask for details.

• Vet Emergency Helpline - and up to £25,000 legal costs and free legal advice.

• Emergency Colic Surgery Cover - up to £1,500 towards this major expense with a £250 excess under the policy.

• Disposal - of the insured animal up to the cost of £175.
