The main difference between Livery Yard Insurance and insurance for riding schools is that a riding school needs to be licensed and one of the requirements of the license is that the riding school must have valid Riding School Insurance in place, covering them for their riding school activities. The insurance needs to protect the riding school against claims where the horse is not suitable, or the equipment is faulty.
