- You have not been convicted of any criminal offence other than a driving offence nor do you have any non-motoring prosecutions pending (this statement only applies to convictions that are unspent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Acts 1974)
- You have never had a proposal for insurance declined, renewal refused, cover terminated or special terms imposed
- You have been claim free for the last 5 years in relation to Horse Insurance
