If you and any other person to whom this insurance will apply can comply with the following assumptions, then please proceed to complete our Request a Quote Form.
- The main driver is aged 21 years or over
- All drivers have held a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months
- The horsebox is not designed to carry more than 10 horses
- None of the proposed drivers have been declined or refused insurance, had a policy cancelled, or had special terms imposed by an insurer
- None of the proposed drivers have been convicted of or charged with any motoring offence, current or pending, in the last 5 years
- None of the proposed drivers have had any accidents, claims, losses, fault or non-fault in the past three years in connection with a motor vehicle
- None of the proposed drivers have ever been declared bankrupt or the subject of bankruptcy proceedings or had any county court judgements made against them
- None of the proposed drivers ever been convicted of or charged with any criminal offence, current or pending, other than a motoring offence. You only need to tell us about any convictions that are unspent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
- None of the proposed drivers suffer from any medical condition that is required to be notified to DVLA
- The horsebox will not be used for business use
- The horsebox is in a good state of repair and will be so maintained
