We are currently looking at developing an online Equine Risk Assessment tool that would keep all your clients’ information and documents up to date and in one place.
We are still very much in the exploratory stages of this project, but the aim would be to:
- Provide a platform where you could securely store your customer details and health and safety information in one place; clients would be able to upload their own information before they arrived to ride and it could be easily updated annually.
- Share safety information with new clients before they arrive at your yard, this would be built into the platform.
- Simple access to up-to-date contact details, next of kin for clients following an accident, and accident report forms could be uploaded to keep records all in one place, should there be a claim for liability at a later date.
